I understand that coaching is a collaborative process requiring my active participation. No specific results, outcomes, or timeframes are guaranteed. Individual results vary based on factors including my commitment, effort, personal circumstances, and willingness to implement recommendations.

Personal Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for my decisions and actions during and after coaching. I understand that I am responsible for creating my own results, and the coach's role is to support and guide me, not guarantee outcomes.

Waiver of Liability

I release and hold harmless the coach and their business from any liability, claims, or damages arising from:

• My participation in coaching sessions

• Implementation of any advice or strategies provided

• Any decisions I make during or after coaching

• Any outcomes or results from the coaching relationship
