2.1 Retreat Optimization Coaching

• Our 1:1 coaching sessions are 75 minutes in duration and priced at $479 per session

• Sessions are conducted virtually via video conferencing platform

• Payment must be received in full before the scheduled session

• Coaching advice is provided for informational and educational purposes only

2.2 Digital Products

• We offer digital art prints, including "Costa Rica's Essence: A Hand-Drawn Love Letter"

• Digital downloads are delivered instantly upon purchase completion

• All digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise specified

• Files are provided in high-resolution format without watermarks

• Optimized for 24 x 28" printing (other sizes may be scaled proportionally)

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated

• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time

• Price changes will not affect orders already placed

3.2 Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase

• We accept payment via PayPal, or bank transfer.

• All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor

3.3 Taxes

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed

• No refunds will be issued after the file has been downloaded

• If you experience technical difficulties accessing your download, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase

4.2 Coaching Services

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of payment

• No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to emergencies, with full refund or alternative date offered

4.3 Refund Requests

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to robin@elevatejoyretreats.com

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Website Content

10. Limitation of Liability

The arbitration shall be conducted in Spanish or English, as mutually agreed by the parties. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties. You may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify and if the court has jurisdiction.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
